These regulations have been created to define the type and scope of the service
services via the Internet System and electronically. In addition
presents regulations regarding the conclusion of contracts, rules for the execution of these contracts, rights and
obligations of the Customer and the Seller, as well as provisions regarding withdrawal from the contract
and complaint procedure. The regulations also specify the principles of data protection
personal customers.
§ 1

REGON 522859751 The Seller is a Party to the Sales Agreement and
Administrator of Personal Data processed for the purpose of implementing the Agreement.
Client – a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person,
an organizational unit without legal personality, with legal capacity, which
uses the services provided by the Seller.
Account – the Customer's account created by him in the Store in accordance with the rules set out in
regulations,
Consumer – a person defined in the provisions of Art. 221 of the Civil Code,
Store – online store located on the website parawanypokojowe.pl and its website
subpages,
§ 2
The Regulations define the rules for the provision of electronic services by the Seller
Customers, consisting in enabling them to: conclude contracts for the sale of goods via the Internet
included in the Store's assortment at the prices given on the relevant subpages of the Store
and creating your Account.
§ 3
Content presented on the Store's website, in particular announcements, advertisements, price lists and others
information does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 and 661 of the Civil Code, but
invitation to submit offers.
§ 4
The prices of goods included in the Store's assortment are expressed in Polish zlotys
include VAT. The Seller may modify the Store's assortment and prices
goods, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns. Changes do not affect the contents
contracts for the sale of individual goods with customers.
§ 5
A purchase in the Store can be made after providing full address details during
placing an order.
§ 6
1. To use the Store, it is not necessary to meet any special technical conditions
via the Customer's computer or other device. All you need is: Internet access,
having an email address and a standard operating system and web browser.
2. To properly use the Account and place an order, it is required
enabling cookies in your web browser. Cookies are used for maintenance
Customer's session after logging in to the Account and to maintain the ordering process.
It is then possible to delete them using the appropriate options available in the browser
website or using other software. Detailed information regarding
cookies are included in the provisions of the Policy.
§ 7
1. A person who wants to conclude an agreement with the Seller to create an Account should click on the tab
"My Account" located at the top of the Store, and then the "Create Account" button
"New Customers" section. The form contained there constitutes the Seller's offer addressed to
future Customer regarding the conclusion of an agreement to set up an Account.
2. Then complete the above form and provide: name, surname, e-mail address, password.
3. It is necessary to send the form and complete the registration procedure in the Store
acceptance of the Regulations and Policy.
4. Clicking the "Send" button sends the registration form to the Seller i
is tantamount to the acceptance by the person creating the Account of the Seller's offer referred to
referred to in the provision of the first paragraph of this paragraph. With this moment in between

§ 8
After creating an Account, the Customer has the opportunity to: edit their data, place orders, and preview
order fulfillment status, view order history and returns.
§ 9
1. The sale of goods is based on orders placed by the Customer. The client has
possibility of placing an order after logging in to the Account.
2. Orders can be placed via your Account 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
24 hours a day.
§ 10
1. In order to conclude a sales contract with the Seller, the Customer selects goods in the Store via
specifying them, i.e. indicating the quantity, color and size, and then clicking the "Add to
basket" next to a given product. The goods in the basket are not yet available
ordered and the Customer has the option of adding additional goods to the cart or deleting them
goods found there, as well as resigning from purchases.
2. After adding goods to the cart, the Customer can change the number of goods he wants to buy
in the Store by changing the appropriate section and removing goods from the basket.
Then the customer should click the "Go to checkout" button.
At this stage, the Customer should provide his/her address details, select the delivery method and related information
form of payment with it. The summary will indicate information about the delivery method and
selected payment method, as well as their cost. The amount will then also be updated
to be paid (order value), by adding the fee for selected payment methods and
delivery.
3. If the Customer does not have an Account, he or she can create one by completing it
registration form and providing address details. This form constitutes an offer
Seller addressed to the Customer regarding the conclusion of an agreement to set up an Account.
4. After adding all the goods that the Customer wants to order to the cart and verifying or
completing the shipping data, please check its correctness. At this stage, the client
can also add comments to the order. Products displayed in the summary along with
specifying their quantity and prices, as well as the selected delivery and payment method along with their cost
constitute an offer addressed to the Customer by the Seller to purchase these goods.
5. Then confirm your order by clicking the "Order" button
with an obligation to pay. Clicking this button causes the Customer to accept the offer
Seller, referred to in the provisions of the above paragraph and results in the conclusion of a contract
sales between the Customer and the Seller.
6. If the payment method is selected: "Prepayment", the customer after clicking the button
"Order with obligation to pay" will be redirected to the website of the fulfilling entity
online payments. Payments are made based on the regulations available at
website of the entity making online payments.
§ 11
1. The customer may use the following delivery or collection methods

2. The customer can use the following payment methods:
a. Payment on delivery
b. Cash on delivery

d. Electronic payments: PayU, PayPal
e. Payment by payment card. PayU,
3. Detailed information on the methods and costs of delivery and payment processing
are located in the "Delivery" tab.
4. The ordered goods are delivered to the Customer in the manner indicated in the order.
5. The costs related to the delivery of goods and payment processing are borne by the Customer
The seller may set a specific threshold of purchase value, after which the threshold is exceeded
The Seller will cover the customer's delivery or payment costs.
§ 12
After completing the order, it will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer
an electronic invoice documenting a given order within the meaning of the Act of March 11
2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws 2011, No. 177, item 1054, as amended).
§ 13
1. If the Customer is a Consumer, and also if the Customer is a natural person concluding in the store
an online sales contract directly related to its business activity, when
the content of the contract shows that it does not have a professional nature for this person
in particular regarding the subject of its business activity,
made available pursuant to the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Business
Economic, then he has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with
the Seller, without giving reasons, within 14 days from the date on which the Customer entered into
possession of the item or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer
came into possession of the thing. If the subject of the contract is many things that are delivered
separately, this period expires after 14 days from the date on which the Customer came into possession
the last of the items or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer
came into possession of the last of the items.
2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should inform the Seller about
its decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration submitted to
in writing, sent by post to the following address: Straszęcin 94, 39-218, Pow. Podkarpacki, or Wielopolska 83a, 39-200, Dębica, Pow. Podkarpacki or by e-mail

3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller returns to the Customer all received from
payment thereof, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs
resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Customer other than the cheapest ordinary one
delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately or in any case not
later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Customer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
The seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods as
were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer agreed otherwise
solution and does not involve additional costs.
4. The Seller may withhold the refund until or after receiving the item
upon delivery of proof of its return, depending on which event occurs
before.
5. The Customer should return or hand over the item to the Seller immediately and in any case
no later than 14 days from the date on which he informed about withdrawal from the contract. There is a deadline
retained if the Customer returns the item before the 14-day period expires. The store does not answer
shipments sent cash on delivery.
6. The goods should be returned to the Seller's registered office address: ul. Straszęcin 94, 39-218 Straszęcin.
§ 14
1. Complaints regarding the provision of services electronically by the Seller or
regarding purchased goods may be submitted in writing to the Seller's address: ul.
Straszęcin 94, 39-218, Pow. Podkarpacki, or Wielopolska 83a, 39-200, Dębica, Pow. Podkarpacki or by e-mail to the following e-mail address:
PerseoEcommerce@gmail.com in person for the record at the Seller's office.
2. The complaint must include: order number (or other data allowing it
identify), the Customer's contact details enabling the response to the submitted request
complaint and a description of the event giving rise to the complaint.
3. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt
Seller.
§ 15
The agreement with the Customer to create an Account is concluded for an indefinite period.
§ 16
The Customer may terminate the agreement to create an Account at any time by sending
notice of termination to the address of the Seller's registered office, by e-mail to the following address: PerseoEcommerce@gmail.com Agreement for
the creation of an Account will be terminated with immediate effect.
§ 17
1. Detailed information regarding the Consumer's ability to use
extrajudicial methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims and rules
access to these procedures are available at the offices and on websites
district (municipal) consumer ombudsmen, social organizations to which
statutory tasks include consumer protection, Provincial Inspectorates of Inspection
Handlowa and at the following Internet addresses of the Office of Competition Protection
and Consumers:

2. The consumer has the following examples of out-of-court options
methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims:
a. The consumer is entitled to apply to a permanent arbitration court
consumer, referred to in Art. 37 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on Inspection
Handlowa (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 148, as amended), with a request to resolve the dispute
arising from the Agreement concluded with the Seller.
b. The consumer is entitled to contact the voivodeship inspector of the Inspection
Commercial, in accordance with Art. 36 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on Trade Inspection
(Journal of Laws of 2014, item 148, as amended), with a request to initiate proceedings
mediation regarding the amicable settlement of the dispute between the Consumer and
Seller.
c. The consumer can obtain free assistance in resolving his dispute
and the Seller, also using free assistance from the district (municipal)
consumer ombudsman or social organization whose statutory tasks include
consumer protection (including Consumer Federation, Consumer Association
Polish).
§ 18
1. The administrator of Customers' personal data collected via the Website
The online seller is the Seller indicated in the first paragraph in the definition of seller. (email address wiktor.lodarski@gmail.com)
2. Customers' personal data collected by the administrator via the Website
are collected for the purpose of implementing the Sales Agreement, and if the Customer expresses his/her consent
is a separate consent - also for marketing purposes.
3. The customer has the right to access and correct his data.
4. Providing personal data is voluntary, although not providing the data indicated in
The Regulations on personal data necessary to conclude the Sales Agreement apply
impossibility of concluding this contract.
5. Detailed methods of data categories and how they are used are described in
Privacy Policy.
§ 19
1. Copyright and intellectual property rights to the Website as
the whole and its individual elements, including graphics, works, patterns and signs
available within it belong to the Seller or other authorized entities
third parties and are protected by Copyright and other generally applicable provisions
applicable law. The protection granted to the Website includes:
all forms of their expression.
2. The Website should be treated similarly to any other subject work
copyright protection. The Customer has no right to copy the Website, except
cases permitted by mandatory provisions of law.
§ 20
1. The Seller reserves the right to change these Regulations. About the change
The Seller will notify the Regulations on the Website on at least the 7th day
calendar days before the changes to the Regulations come into force. Change of provisions
The Regulations do not apply to Customers who place an order on time
validity of the previous version of the Regulations.
2. In other matters not regulated by the provisions of these Regulations
relevant provisions of Polish law apply.
3. The Regulations enter into force on the day of the year .
